  • What's proposed

    What's Proposed

We are proposing to develop a high quality residential development which respects the site’s location on the edge of Littleborough. The proposals will seek to create an attractive transition from the countryside to the urban area whilst respecting the river valley. Our current proposals are for 205 dwellings alongside areas of landscaping and new public open space.

Homes will be up to 2.5 storeys in height, and the design and materials will be reflective of the local character of Littleborough.
