Re-developing the town
In April 2015, following many years of consultation with local residents and stakeholders, East Hampshire District Council approved plans to transform one of the largest towns in Hampshire, Whitehill & Bordon. Plans for the scheme were submitted by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, the property arm of the Ministry of Defence.
The re-development of the former garrison town will be carried out by the joint venture between Taylor Wimpey and Dorchester Regeneration; both specialists in large scale regeneration projects and building new communities. Our aim is to create a better place to live, work, and enjoy life.
The 20 year contract will transform the area, creating a new high quality destination with lots to offer for everyone.
