    Before our plans are finalised we will be holding a public exhibition to give local residents and stakeholders the opportunity to view and comment on our proposals before a detailed planning application is submitted to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council later this year.

    The proposed development site is currently in agricultural use and is designated as a green belt site. The area has been identified as a location for new homes in Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s draft Local Plan. The proposed allocation acknowledges the site’s close proximity to Cuffley village centre and its associated local facilities and amenities, including Cuffley railway station.
