Grangewood Manor Phase 2

Beggars Lane - Leicester Forest East - Leicestershire - LE3 3NQ

Our proposals for a new residential development on land neighbouring our successful Grangewood Manor development in Leicester Forest East which now has a planning permission.

  • Grangewood Manor Phase 2

Our planning application for a new residential development of 30 much-needed new homes on land to the west of Beggars Lane, Leicester Forest East was granted planning permission by Blaby District Council on 2nd April 2015, subject to the completion of a S106.

The development  is located immediately to the south of our existing successful Grangewood Manor development, which is currently under construction.

The site is enclosed to the north by the Grangewood Manor development, by Beggars Lane to the east and by the Kingstand Golf and Country Club access road to the south, with a designated area of public open space located at its western boundary.

Due to its location and the continuing success of Grangewood Manor, we have identified the site as being suitable for residential development, we can now conclude our negotiations with the landowner to purchase the land.

Our proposed layout plan for our development is pictured right.
