    Land east of Grantham Road, Waddington

    We are currently preparing proposals for a new residential development, along with public open space, on land to the east of Grantham Road in Waddington.

    Under our proposals, we will provide up to 187 new homes – including two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows – with a proportion to be made available as affordable housing.

    In order to allow local residents and stakeholders the opportunity to find out more about our emerging proposals we held a public exhibition at Waddington Village Hall on Tuesday 28th February 2017 between 3pm and 7pm.

    Visitors were able to view our emerging proposals, speak to experts from our project team, ask questions and provide us with their feedback on the scheme. To view the exhibition boards displayed at the event please click here.

    If you would like to comment on our proposals, click the 'Have your say' button at the top of this page. The deadline for submitting feedback is Tuesday 14th March 2017.

    The comments we receive from local residents will help us to refine our emerging plans before we finalise and submit a planning application to North Kesteven District Council.

  • About the site

    The proposed development site

    The proposed site, which covers an area of 6.21 hectares (15.35 acres), is located to the east of Grantham Road (the A607), south of High Dyke and north of an existing residential area.

    The site is allocated for new housing in Central Lincolnshire’s emerging Local Plan, which is now in the final stages of consultation.
