    Our planning application proposes a range of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3
    bedroom accommodation.

    The commercial space we are proposing will be more
    than is currently available on site and will provide
    flexible and modern accommodation, with fully disabled
    access. This is in line with the objectives of the Area
    Action Plan.

    This scheme will act as a catalyst for regeneration
    in Bromley town centre: it will deliver new residential
    accommodation in a highly sustainable location and
    modern, flexible employment space. The project will
    deliver significant investment into the local economy and
    could create as many as 150 jobs during the construction
    period. 

    The proposed development aims to be of outstanding design
    quality in its architecture, both externally and internally in terms
    of the layout of commercial and residential spaces. Following
    feedback from the public consultation, the original proposal was
    redesigned into its current form, now designed to be contextual
    and traditional in character.
