  • Land at Linton Fuels Depot, Wandsworth

    We are currently preparing a detailed planning application for a mixed-use development which will include over 100 new homes, along with commercial space and an enhanced public realm, at the Linton Fuels Depot off Osiers Road in Wandsworth.

    In order to allow local residents the opportunity to find out more about our emerging proposals, we held a two-day public exhibition at the Sales and Marketing Suite at our Radius development (adjacent to our proposed development site), on Wednesday 27th July between 4pm and 8pm, and Thursday 28th July between 3pm and 7pm. A third public consultation event was held on Tuesday 13th September between 3pm and 7pm at the same venue.

    Visitors were able to view our emerging proposals, speak to experts from our project team, ask questions and provide us with their feedback on the scheme. If you would like to view the exhibition boards displayed at the consultation event, please click here.

    The public consultation period for our proposed development closed on Friday 16th September 2016. The comments we received from local residents will help us to refine our emerging plans before we finalise and submit a planning application to Wandsworth Council.

  • The proposed development site

    The proposed development site is located off Osiers Road, adjacent to our existing Radius development and our upcoming Osiers Point development.

    This is a brownfield site which is currently a fuel and hydraulic fuels bulk storage facility by World Trade Oils.

    The site is identified as a suitable location for a mixed-use development in the Wandsworth Local Plan DMPD (Development Management Policies Document), dated March 2016.

  • About our proposals

    We are proposing to deliver a stylish selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments to suit purchasers in a variety of circumstances. A proportion of the new homes will be made available as affordable homes for local people in housing need.

    Our plans also include the provision of commercial space, public communal areas, cycle storage and car parking.
