    Hackney Wick is located within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, approximately 2.5 miles north of Canary Wharf and 3 miles north-east of London Liverpool Street

    The location is one of the key regeneration areas in east London and has been transformed in recent years since the 2012 Olympics

    The site is bound by Rothbury Road and White Post Lane to the north, Hepscott Road to the west, the Lea Tavern and 92 White Post Lane site to the east, and the McGrath waste site to the south

    Victoria Park, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and an array of restaurants, bars and shops within Hackney Wick, are all in walking distance of site
