Following our public exhibition in December 2019, we are pleased to announce that we submitted a planning application to Hillingdon Council in Feb 2020 for the redevelopment of land at 217 High Street, Yiewsley UB7 7GN (a 1.2 hectare vacant brownfield site).
At Taylor Wimpey, we are dedicated to developing attractive, high-quality homes and communities for all to enjoy with 233 apartments, including 79 affordable homes proposed. Our proposals also include a brand new Health Facility dedicated to serving the needs of the local community, which is fully supported by NHS Hillingdon CCG.
