    What's Proposed

Our vision for the site is to create a high quality and attractive housing development with distinctive local character, at the gateway to the wider development site. The scheme is in a highly prominent location and will establish a strong sense of place and offer a choice of quality new homes to meet local needs.

The site will deliver 258 dwellings, which range from 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. The scheme will benefit from the green spaces that are situated on the outside of the site boundary, in addition to a Local Area of Play (LAP) within the development.
