Moss Nook, St Helens

The site is brownfield, former industrial land, which is bounded by Sutton Road to the west and Watery Lane to the south, which also extends to the east of the site. A spine road is being constructed, which will form the northern boundary and provide additional points of access.

St Helens town centre is located c. 2 miles to the north east of the development site. It has a wide selection of high street retailers and restaurants, theatres, several parks and a variety of sporting and leisure facilities. Larger high street retailers and restaurant chains can be accessed at the nearby Ravenhead Retail park, just 1 mile from the site.

 large Morrisons supermarket is located adjacent to the north-west of the site, with a variety of other large supermarkets located within less than a mile.

Junction 7 of the M62 motorway is c. 3.5 miles away, which provides access to Manchester and Liverpool. 

t Helens Junction Station is located 0.8 miles from the site, which provides services to Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington amongst other destinations.
