Land off Alne Road, Easingwold
Taylor Wimpey are proposing to submit an planning application to the land off Alne Road, Easingwold. The plans include up to 80 homes with a provision for affordable housing and bungalows. Access will be taken directly from Alne Road and we are looking to retain healthy trees and hedges where possible, this will allow the creation of a central belt of open space leading into the existing woodland.
