The key characteristics of the scheme are:
• Up to 200 new homes incorporating a range of types and sizes
• Creation of large areas of on-site open space;
• Potential for community uses on the land to the East and;
• Access from Green Lane and/or Kirklevington Road.
A public consultation was held on Thursday 7th December 2017 at Yarm Fellowship Hall, West Street, Yarm, TS15 9BT.
