The key characteristics of the scheme are:
• Up to 250 new homes incorporating a range of types and sizes (inc. 40 unit retirement living scheme and affordable housing);
• Creation of large areas of on-site open space;
• Potential for community uses on the land to the East and;
• Access from Green Lane and/or Kirklevington Road.
A public consultation exhibition is to be held from 4pm until 7pm on Thursday 7th December 2017. The exhibition will take place at Yarm Fellowship Hall, West Street, Yarm, TS15 9BT.
