    A public consultation exhibition is to be held from 4pm until 7pm on Thursday 7th December 2017.  The exhibition will take place at Yarm Fellowship Hall, West Street, Yarm, TS15 9BT.

    Prior to the submission of the planning application, a masterplan has been created for the scheme which highlights some of the items that are being proposed within the scheme.

    Community Benefits

    There will be a wide range of community benefits that accompany the site's development, such as:

    We employ a wide range of trades, providing opportunities for local workers and sub-contractors.

     

    An investment will be received by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council through the New Homes Bonus scheme, which has been set up by the Government to accompany new housing development and benefit local communities in which it takes place.

     

    The development will deliver a range of housing to meet the needs and aspirations of the whole community.  There will be a provision of affordable homes as well as homes to meet the needs of first time buyers, key workers and families.

     

    The development will have a legal agreement in place called a Section 106 Agreement which covers any required improvements to the existing local infrastructure and services.
