We are currently in the process of producing a Reserved Matters Planning application with the intention of submission to Gateshead Council this summer.
Taylor Wimpey North East is proposing to develop an area of Land off Woodside Lane and Land adjacent to Stargate Industrial Estates, Ryton. We are in the process of arranging our first community engagement event. We will update this site with further details and send out invitations in due course.

We have been working together with Bellway Homes to create a combined Masterplan Document which outlines both developers overall proposals for parcels of land off Woodside Lane and Cush Cow Lane. We will be investigating many areas including drainage, ecology and infrastructure. We hope to be able to provide strorage of surface water on-site through use of a Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDs). We will also be retaining the existing hedgerow that runs through the site and enhancing where possible, also creating a landscaped buffer against the Southern boundary with usable open space.
