Proposed new homes at Kenton Bank Hall
Taylor Wimpey North East are submitting a reserved matters planning application for the development of 104 new detached homes. Our vision is to create a high quality development, in keeping with the surrounding area. Our initial proposals include open space, landscaping, ecology mitigation and highways improvements. The overall master plan for the Kenton Bankfoot development proposals was approved in May 2016 and outline planning approval was approved in Dec 2016 which included this phase. We will be holding a community consultation event to gain local opinion and feedback and hope to be in a position to submit a reserved matters planning application in December 2017. The site has been given a sales name of 'Kenton Bank Hall'.
