We are preparing proposals for a new residential development, along with public open space, on land off Smarts Road, Bedworth.

  • Overview

    Overview

We are currently preparing proposals for a new residential development, along with public open space, on land off Smarts Road, Bedworth.

Under our proposals, we will provide new homes – including two, three and four-bedroom properties – with 25% to be affordable housing and 75% to be sold on the private market.

In order to allow local residents and stakeholders the opportunity to find out more about our emerging proposals we held a public exhibition at Bedwoth United Football Club on Wednesday 1st March 2017 between 1pm and 8pm

Visitors were able to view our emerging proposals, speak to experts from our project team, ask questions and provide us with their feedback on the scheme. To view the exhibition boards displayed at the event please click here.

If you would like to comment on our proposals, click the 'Have your say' button at the top of this page. The deadline for submitting feedback is Wednesday 15th March 2017.

The comments we receive from local residents will help us to refine our emerging plans before we finalise and submit a planning application to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
