In 2016 Hallam Land Management Limited secured outline planning permission to build up to 535 new homes, a new shop, children’s play areas and outdoor sports pitches on land between Daventry Road and Welsh Road East (application reference: 15/04473/OUT).
We have purchased the site to bring forward and build the development, and this web page is designed to keep you up to date with information about our proposals.
Although the development has already been granted outline planning permission, we would still be pleased to receive any comments you may have on our proposals for this phase of the site. The comments we received from local residents have help us to refine our emerging plans before we finalised and submitted a planning application to Stratford-on-Avon District Council in June 2017.
