Taylor Wimpey at Kilnwood Vale
We are currently preparing proposals for a new residential development at the wider Kilnwood Vale development in Faygate.
Hybrid planning consent for up to 2,500 homes, a two-form-entry primary school, a neighbourhood centre and areas of public open space, was granted by Horsham District Council in October 2011 for the wider Kilnwood Vale development site. (Application reference: DC/10/1612)
We have purchased a parcel of land in the southeast corner of the overall masterplan for Kilnwood Vale, and we are now working up a reserved matters planning application for a total of 170 homes, including a proportion of affordable homes for local people in housing need.
In order to allow local residents the opportunity
to find out more about our emerging proposals, we held a public
exhibition at Faygate Village Hall in Horsham on Tuesday 14th June 2016 between 3pm
Visitors were able to view our emerging proposals, speak to experts from
our project team, ask questions and provide us with their feedback on
the scheme. If you would like to view the exhibition boards displayed at
the consultation event, please click here.
Our public consultation period closed on Tuesday 28th June 2016. The comments we received from local residents will help us to refine our emerging plans before we finalise and submit a planning application to Horsham District Council in due course.
