    The development site

    The site is 3 hectares in size and located to the south of the A27 bypass, south west of the Coach & Horses public house. Land to the north beyond the bypass is characterised by the South Downs National Park, and to the immediate west of the site is the Castle Goring Conservation Area.  There is easy access to a number of existing community facilities to the south - east located within the earlier phase of development and also a range of services in the wider area of West Durrington.

    Our proposals

    We are proposing 120 no. 1 & 2-bed apartments and 2, 3 and 4-bed houses as part of an attractive outward looking development which takes full advantage of its natural surroundings and heritage.  The development has been designed to integrate seamlessly into the West Durrington settlement edge and benefits from direct access to generous amounts of open space and interconnecting footpaths and cycleways.
