    This popular area of Leeds has good transport links into the centre of Leeds, with buses running every 10 minutes from Potternewton Lane but is also in close proximity to local facilities.

    The development incorporates 153 properties which consist of 2, 3 & 4 bed houses & 2 apartment blocks, all of which have 2 bedrooms. There are no detached properties proposed.

    In addition to housing, the development will provide a new children’s play area within the central open space with various links to the existing footpath network.

    Drainage works are proposed between Potternewton Lane & Farm Hill North adjacent to Stain Beck which incorporates an underground tank.

    Traffic calming measures have been incorporated to suit Leeds Council requirements.

    2 access points via Beckhill Approach and Potternewton Lane, however no through traffic is proposed.

    A public consultation is currently being carried out & the public are invited to meet us at Stainbeck Church on Monday 26th November between 4.45pm & 6.15pm.

    A full planning application was submitted to Leeds City Council in March 2019.

    Full planning approval has now been gained for 153 properties dated 14th August 2020.
