    What's proposed?

The proposal is for a residential development comprising of 82 homes. The scheme will include a single vehicular access off Crosland Road and three and four bedroom traditional family homes.

The house types will be similar to those being currently built on our existing site Crosfield Park, located just a stone’s throw away from the site.
