Taylor Wimpey is currently preparing an Outline Planning Application on land off Pool Road, Pool in Wharfedale.
The key characteristics of this scheme are:
- Up to 70 new family homes served from Pool Road.
- A range of 2 to 5 bedroom new homes.
- The delivery of a range of community benefits as part of the Section 106 contributions.
In order that the views and opinions of local people can be taken into consideration, Taylor Wimpey recently hosted a public exhibition of our emerging proposals. The exhibition was held on Monday 20th February 2017 3:30pm - 6:00pm, at Pool Village Hall, Arthington Lane, Pool in Wharfedale, LS21 1RY.
