Thank you to everyone who attended the public exhibition on Monday 20th February 2017. Your feedback is important to us and we are currently reviewing all of the comments received.

We are now acting upon a number of points that were raised during the exhibition and our Strategic Land and Planning Manager will update residents at the Pool in Wharfedale Parish Council Meeting 13th March 2017.
Taylor Wimpey is currently preparing an Outline Planning Application for development of up to 70 new family homes. Served from Pool Road, our proposals comprise a range of 2 to 5 bedroom homes.
In order that the views and opinions of local people can be taken into consideration, Taylor Wimpey is hosting a public exhibition of our emerging proposals. You are welcome to visit the exhibition to see the proposals where members of the planning team will be in attendance to answer your questions.
The exhibition is being held on Monday 20th February 2017 3:30pm - 6:00pm, at Pool Village Hall, Arthington Lane, Pool in Wharfedale, LS21 1RY.
