We are currently preparing a Reserved Matters Planning Application on land off Pool Road, Pool in Wharfedale, following receipt of outline permission in 2018.
The key characteristics of this scheme are:
- Up to 55 new family homes served from Pool Road.
- A range of 2 to 5 bedroom new homes.
- The delivery of a range of community benefits as part of the Section 106 contributions and community infrastructure levy.
The Reserved Matters application follows the principles set out in the Outline consent including landscaping and ecology buffers to the east and west boundaries, public open space in the north of the site and the retention of the existing trees and hedgerows where appropriate.
