  • Overview

    Overview

We have submitted a reserved matters planning application to Wychavon District Council for a new residential development of 120 homes, alongside public open space and children's play area, on land south of Wyre Road in Pershore.

The site already benefits from outline planning permission, and our reserved matters application aims to deal with the more detailed aspects of the proposed scheme including layout, scale, appearance and landscaping.

The details will be in general accordance with the masterplan that was approved by the council within the outline planning consent. Our proposals will include the following:

    • 120 new homes
    • A range of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties
    • Attractively laid out homes with generous landscaping and green space
    • 1 and 2-storey properties
    • 40% of the proposed new homes specifically dedicated as affordable homes
    • Public open space and children’s play area

Although the site already has outline planning permission, we would still be pleased to receive any comments you may have on our proposals. If you have any questions about the development overall or how it is progressing, we will try to help. You can email us at wyreroad@turley.co.uk.

We submitted a planning application to Wychavon District Council in June 2017. Subject to gaining the necessary planning permission and clearing conditional requirements of planning, the aim will be to start developing the site in early 2018.
