We have detailed planning consent for 132 new homes at West Mains in Ratho Station. The development will provide a choice of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes. There will also be a 25% provision of affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom homes within the development.
The location for our new development, which is located off the A8/Glasgow Road, is outlined in red on the map pictured right.
The site is identified for housing in the adopted second Edinburgh Local Development Plan (LDP2) and it will positively contribute to the village of Ratho Station through the creation of a well-connected place to live.
