    We are delighted to confirm that we have secured planning permission from Glasgow City Council for the provision of 204 new homes through the development of two parcels of land off Muirhead Road in Broomhouse on the outskirts of Glasgow.

    Our proposed development represents a significant investment in the local area and aims to deliver a range of two, three and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers.

    The overall development enjoys some advantages from the associated legal agreement. This agreement ensures contributions are made to the Broomhouse, Baillieston and Carmyle Community Growth Funds (managed by Glasgow City Council). Under the terms of this agreement these funds are earmarked for community benefits including an indoor and outdoor sports hub, a bridge over the railway line to the north-east, a new library or improvements to the existing facilities, and car parking at Baillieston train station.

    Set within a rural pocket of countryside on the outskirts of Glasgow City, our development is made up of two separate phases. Phase 6 extends to 8.02 acres and Phase 8 extends to 9.47 acres. The latter of the two phases extends to Calder Water to the south, incorporating a wealth of new landscaping with access to woodland river walks.
