    This is a greenfield site, lying to the eastern boundary of Inverkeithing which is located opposite Inverkeithing High School, and currently arable.  The development site is flat along its frontage, the site then slopes down towards the rear. The main access into the development will be from Hillend Road.

    Community Benefits

    Our development will provide much needed affordable housing for the area, and it will provide a range of economic benefits for the local area including the creation of several hundred new jobs, and it will attract new customers to local businesses. Our Section 75 Agreement with Fife Council sees us making contributions towards a fund for wider strategic transportation improvements, as well as local traffic improvements and upgrades as necessitated by our development.

    We are delighted to confirm that we received our reserved matters planning approval at committee on the 4th of July 2018. 

    We will now finalise our remaining technical consents and will update further when we anticipate development will commence.
