    We are proposing to deliver a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced houses as well as 1 and 2 bed flats (within the affordable housing) on a site located on the northern boundary of Roslin. 

    Planning Permission in Principle has been approved and we have made an Approval of Matters specified by Condition (AMC) application to Midlothian Council, which will set out our detailed proposals for housing mix, landscaping and building materials.

    This is a brownfield site, located along the northern boundary of Roslin, a picturesque and historic village in Midlothian.  Well-located for access to countryside recreation, local shops and schools in Roslin, a wider range of shopping at Straiton Retail Park as well as being only 3 miles from the Edinburgh city bypass.  Access to the site is directly from the B7006 (Main Street).

    We have submitted an Approval of Matters specified in Conditions (AMC) application to Midlothian Council. Planning Permission in Principle has already been secured for this development and our AMC will set out our detailed proposals for housing mix, landscaping and building materials.  We will keep the local community informed of our progress.
