    What's Proposed

Our development in Glenboig will provide an impressive range of two and three bedroom semi-detached homes, as well as four bedroom detached homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers.

The development is planned to integrate with the extension to the nature reserve, provides new footpath connections, a centralised area of open space and stone sculptures to represent the site’s agricultural history.  The design has also been granted ‘Building for Nature’ accreditation.  In addition to the Community Hub adjacent to the site, the proposal includes several other benefits through a Section 75 Legal Agreement with North Lanarkshire Council which will see contributions towards education, road upgrades and play facilities.

We are delighted to confirm that we have secured planning consent from North Lanarkshire Council in September 2020.

The 45.6 acre site is already identified for housing as part of a wider masterplan and it benefits from having a Planning Permission in Principle, which was granted by the local authority in February 2017.
