Raven's Cliff Gardens

Prospect Hill Road - Motherwell - North Lanarkshire - ML1 1AE

We have secured a planning application for a mix of two, three and four bedroom family homes at a further development in Ravenscraig

  • Overview

We have secured detailed planning permission for a new housing development at a further development parcel at Ravenscraig.

This development will sit within the regeneration area of the former Ravenscraig steelworks, and it represents a continuation of significant investment in the local area by Taylor Wimpey West Scotland following several successful phases of new homes. The latest development aims to deliver a range of two, three, and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers. Public open space including a neighbourhood square, play areas and landscaping will be provided throughout the development.

The site forms part of the wider Ravenscraig masterplan and it is allocated in the North Lanarkshire Development Plan for Residential Housing.

Accessed off Prospect Hill Road, the site has excellent links to the M74, M73 and M8 motorway corridors providing easy access to the surrounding districts as well as Glasgow, Edinburgh and the south.

The development will benefit from a range of existing amenities including a restaurant and the recently constructed Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility.
