Off A912 - Oudenarde - Bridge of Earn - Perthshire

Oudenarde is a proposed masterplanned development of around 1500 homes with 37 ha of employment land. The principal developer and landowner is GS Brown Construction. Our proposed development will be the first phase of Oudenarde.

  • Overview

Oudenarde is set in the Perthshire countryside to the east of Bridge of Earn and with excellent access to the M90 motorway to Perth and Edinburgh. This is a beautiful setting, close to the River Tay and the rest of the Perthshire area. This master-planned site sits within the Carse of Gowrie  - which is a rich and fertile farmland area known for its soft fruits - between the A912 and the River Earn and Tay beyond the north boundary of the site.

  • What's proposed

    What is proposed?

The first phase of Oudenarde will comprise 159 new homes, We propose to build 141 two storey family homes from our Scottish house type range, and GS Brown will deliver the remainder.  Homes will range from 2 and 3 bed terraced, 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached, as well as a choice of  3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes.

Our proposal outlines that the development will be accessed from the existing roundabout on the A912 and the existing access road into the site.
