    What's proposed?

    The proposed development by Taylor Wimpey West Scotland aims to offer 110 new homes in a mix of three and four bedrooms. The development mix will boast various styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of buyers. 

    The proposal also includes plans for the creation of recreational space throughout the development including a play area, a new footpath link to extend into the local community, and all the associated infrastructure needed for a development of this nature.

    Taylor Wimpey West Scotland  submitted a detailed planning application to Renfrewshire Council in March 2018 for the provision of 110 new homes through the development of land at the former Johnstone Hospital site on Bridge of Weir Road in Linwood.  

    We would like to thank everyone who attended the community event last year at Tweedie Hall, Linwood. It was a well-attended event and we appreciate everyone’s comments and thoughts on our proposals which helped shape our planning submission.
