We have submitted our detailed planning application for 190 new homes in Bathgate. Our proposed development will offer a wide mix of two, three, four and five bedroom new homes to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Our proposed development is situated to the west of the town of Bathgate and east of the town of Armadale. The site is directly off Sibbalds Wynd, which connects Armadale to Bathgate town centre and the A89 (Glasgow Road) which further connects to the A801 and M8/M9 motorways.
Bathgate is located 24 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 29 miles from Glasgow city centre, with good links to larger settlements of Livingston (7 miles) and Falkirk (11 miles). The site lies between two train stations – Bathgate Station and Armadale Station - both of which sit on the Edinburgh - Glasgow line and both can be reached by car in 6 minutes by car, 8 minutes by bicycle and around 30 minutes by foot.
