Local school pupil names development in Glenboig
As part of a local community engagement project in North Lanarkshire, our Meadowside development in Glenboig was named following a challenge for school children at nearby Glenboig Primary School.
The winner of the competition - Grace McNally now in P7 - revealed the first signage for Meadowside where pre-construction is well underway.
Grace
won a £50 book token and Taylor Wimpey West Scotland also donated £250 to
school funds.
Mrs Macindoe, Principal Teacher at Glenboig Primary said: “We are very happy that Grace has made her mark locally by naming Taylor Wimpey’s development, and we are also delighted with the additional school donation of £250, which will be used to boost various resources in school.”
