Could you save on energy bills?

New build homes are more energy efficient than equivalent older properties and could save you thousands on your energy bills. Data from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) found that buyers of a new build home will save over £2,200 a year.*

Our homes are around twice as energy efficient as an average existing secondhand home and the majority of houses we built in 2023 were designed to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B. All of our customers receive an EPC certificate for their home so they can see the property’s predicted energy use and typical predicted running costs.
