High Efficiency Gas Boiler

We only use modern gas boilers which can be up to 30% more energy efficient than an older model, resulting in lower energy bills.

Typical Taylor Wimpey home
A gas boiler uses natural gas to create heat. Gas from the mains network enters a sealed combustion chamber and is then ignited so it can burn, generating power. The heat from the burning gas is transferred to a heat exchanger within the boiler. The water from your plumbing system passes through the heat exchanger so it is warmed for your radiators, taps and shower.

We only use modern gas boilers which can be up to 30% more energy efficient than an older model, resulting in lower energy bills. To maximise energy efficiency, we install the most appropriate type of boiler, depending on the size of home. Houses with up to 4 bedrooms and one en suite have a combi boiler which provides both hot water and central heating. Larger homes use a heat only boiler with a separate hot water storage cylinder.

Each home is individual and will have specific technology and materials, please speak to our Sales Executive for further information.
