How can I apply for the Friends & Family Deposit Boost?

To be eligible for the Friends & Family Deposit Boost, you must be a first-time buyer and claim the offer at the point of reservation of your Taylor Wimpey home
You must also provide proof of the financial support you are receiving from your family or friends. This should be in the form of a letter and bank statement showing proof of funds received
You must complete the purchase of your new home within the agreed timescale and pay any charges that apply
On the date of legal completion, the agreed Taylor Wimpey contribution will be deducted from your completion statement, subject always to the contribution being up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price of your new Taylor Wimpey home
