How can I apply for the Friends & Family Deposit Boost?

  • To be eligible for the Friends & Family Deposit Boost, you must be a first-time buyer and claim the offer at the point of reservation of your Taylor Wimpey home
  • You must also provide proof of the financial support you are receiving from your family or friends. This should be in the form of a letter and bank statement showing proof of funds received
  • You must complete the purchase of your new home within the agreed timescale and pay any charges that apply
  • On the date of legal completion, the agreed Taylor Wimpey contribution will be deducted from your completion statement, subject always to the contribution being up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price of your new Taylor Wimpey home
