That’s why your Customer Relations Manager, who is also responsible for helping you settle in, carries out the inspection personally. They know what good looks like to customers, and are focused on handing over a property they’re proud of.
Help is on hand
Our personal care carries on once you’ve moved in. We’ll pop over to take a look and, if there’s something that needs our attention, we’ll arrange for our tradespeople to come back to your home or ask one of our dedicated on-site Customer Support Operatives to remedy any smaller issues.

For two years, from the date of legal completion, Taylor Wimpey will cover any physical damage or defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials. During years 3-10 of your Buildmark warranty the NHBC insures you against the full cost (subject to a minimum claim value) of putting right any physical damage to your home caused by a structural defect in any one of the specified parts of the building.
