We’re proud of our attention to detail so, once NHBC and our site managers have signed off on your home, we add another quality check to make sure everything’s working as it should be. Our specially trained Customer Relations Managers conduct a full assessment of each property from the buyer’s perspective; even filling baths, running washing machines and lying on floors to check ceilings.

Customer ready homes

We want your new home to live up to your expectations. That’s why our 500+ point quality assurance inspection is conducted ahead of you moving in. We believe prevention is better than cure, so we spend up to five hours per property testing, checking and noting down any issues we find. Each one is then resolved in time for your big day.

consistent approach to quality

The Consistent Quality Approach (CQA) is the set of home quality standards we have adopted across all of our UK developments. We are committed to being transparent and delivering a high quality standard to each of our customers.

This means that your home will be constructed to specification, with all options and extras fitted as expected, that the approach to your home and surrounding area is safe and that on the day you move in, your home will be clean and ready for you to enjoy and live in safely.
