Whatever support you need, we’re here for you. From the time you reserve your new home to well after you’ve moved in, you can trust us to do what’s right, not what’s easy.
You’ll be able to meet your Site Manager and our team will then keep in touch with you throughout the build.
A chance to explore
Before we hand over the keys, our team carries out hundreds of detailed quality checks on each home to help ensure everything is exactly as you expect from the moment you walk through the door.
When we’re happy that we've built a home that we can be proud of, we’ll invite you over to see it for yourself. Your Customer Relations Manager will give you a tour and show you how everything works. This is your chance to have a good look round ahead of your moving date.
After you've moved in
Once you’re settled in, our Customer Service team will call to check on your new home with you. We also have skilled tradespeople on site so you can have confidence that in the unlikely event there are any aftercare items with your new home, we'll be there to fix them fast.
