Our Design and Technical teams are fundamental to the design and infrastructure of every Taylor Wimpey development.

Could you make our developments come to life?

Our regional Design and Technical teams are responsible for all the important things that make our developments come to life; from our homes and their foundations to the roads and green spaces. You’ll be involved in creating the layouts of our developments, making sure you’ve consulted with all the necessary people and considered all our customers’ wants and needs.

Would a job in Design and Technical suit you?

Given the nature of the roles, we will almost certainly expect you to have appropriate academic and professional qualifications. As well as being technically and creatively brilliant, you also need to be flexible and a good problem solver as you’ll need to find solutions to complex and unique issues.
