With over 30 years of industry experience, Rose steps into this newly established role to oversee Taylor Wimpey’s strategies in three core areas: Sustainability, Masterplanning and Affordable Housing. Rose’s appointment marks the latest chapter in Taylor Wimpey’s commitment to creating thriving communities that leave a positive legacy and puts the Group in a strong position to respond to industry changes.

Rose joined Taylor Wimpey in June 2025 after 15 years at Redrow, where she was Group Communities Director and Executive Board lead for ESG and sustainability. Prior to that, she spent six years at Crest Nicholson and started her career working with Registered Providers.

Rose commented:

“I’m passionate about creating sustainable and vibrant communities and I am delighted to have joined a company that is committed to doing exactly that.

“Community is at the heart of Taylor Wimpey. We create well-connected, sustainable places which integrate with existing neighbourhoods, provide lasting social benefits and financially contribute to local infrastructure. Our goals work towards further enhancing the benefits our new communities bring to both customers and nature, and I’m excited to see what we achieve in the months and years ahead."

“With strong foundations already in place, I’m excited to be working with knowledgeable teams to support, challenge and strengthen our approach to deliver homes that people need in the places they want to live. Together, we will ensure our ESG strategy is set up for the long term, while keeping customers at the heart of what we do.”
