Chief Executive - As head of the GMT, Pete's responsibilities include key strategic and operational decisions, sustainability, customer service and health and safety.
Group Finance Director - Chris’s role covers all areas of finance, including tax, treasury and managing the Group’s defined benefit pension scheme, as well as overall responsibility for our commercial and information technology functions.
Group Operations Director - Jennie oversees our Land, Planning, Design and Technical, Production and Supply Chain functions, in addition to managing the Taylor Wimpey Logistics business. Jennie also leads on our response to the evolving UK planning system and is currently Interim Divisional Chair for our North East, North West and
Group Human Resources Director - Anne has responsibility for all areas of human resources, including recruitment, benefits, talent and performance management.
Divisional Chair, London and South East - Ingrid oversees our North Thames, South East,
South Thames, London and West London regional businesses.
Divisional Chair, Central, South West and Spain - Nigel oversees our East Anglia, South Midlands, Oxfordshire,
Bristol, Southern Counties and Exeter regional businesses and our Spanish
Divisional Chair, Midlands and Wales - Shaun Oversees our Midlands, North Midlands, West Midlands, East Midlands and South Wales regional businesses.
Divisional Chair, Scotland - Ian oversees our Scotland Division, covering our East Scotland and West Scotland regional businesses.
Group General Counsel and Company Secretary - Alice oversees compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and also manages the Company’s Legal and Secretariat Departments.
Group Managing Director Strategic Land - Lee oversees our divisional North and South Strategic Land teams.
