Performance in 2025

Attraction, engagement and retention

We are proud of our strong, positive work culture, guided by our purpose and values and reinforced through regular communication and engagement. ‘Make a Home at Taylor Wimpey’, our employee value proposition, plays a key role in strengthening our culture, enhancing the employee experience and supporting our commitment to sustainability. We use annual surveys and employee forums (at Group and local level) to help us understand employee views, assess the impact of our policies, strategies and communication and provide a structured way for employee views to be heard.

Reward and remuneration

Competitive remuneration helps us to attract and retain talented employees. Our approach includes: competitive pay and bonuses; core benefits such as pension and private healthcare; and optional benefits such as buying extra days holiday and discounts on gym membership. We offer an employee house purchase discount scheme and two all-employee share plans. We are an accredited Living Wage Employer.
