Delivering a cohesive journey
Maria Sebastian has joined Taylor Wimpey as the Company’s first Group Customer Experience Director as part of the Group Management Team.
Leading the sales, marketing and customer service functions, Maria will be instrumental in ensuring the continued delivery of a cohesive journey for all Taylor Wimpey customers.
With vast experience in brand and customer strategy, including roles at Virgin Atlantic, American Airlines, Starbucks and most recently, Greene King, Maria is well placed to drive further improvements to elevate customer experience.
