A joint effort from our teams

On Saturday 16 May 2026, more than 300 employees from across the business came together on the North Devon coastline to take part in a 10km hike, alongside a series of team-based activities designed to encourage collaboration, problem-solving and networking.

The funds raised will support the Youth Adventure Trust (YAT) – one of Taylor Wimpey’s national charity partners – as well as a range of regional charities across the UK. The YAT works to inspire and empower vulnerable young people through outdoor adventure.

Jennie Daly, CEO:

"The annual Taylor Wimpey Challenge continues to be a much anticipated event, bringing together teams from across the business to raise money for very well-deserving charities. We have supported the YAT for many years now, and the support they provide makes a huge difference to the lives of vulnerable young people.

Over the last 12 years, the challenge has raised a fantastic total of over £1.6 million, and I am proud of each and every person who has embraced the opportunity to take part. The event gets better and better year on year and I’m sure 2027 will be no different."
