Is there a helpline for problems such as gas or water leaks?

Your Customer Warranty Brochure will give you full details of what to do if you have a problem in your home and what is covered by the Taylor Wimpey two-year warranty. Alternatively, you can go to our customer service dedicated page for more information about our warranties, out of hours emergency information and  the levels of support we provide for emergency and non-emergency items.
