“Prior to this, we’d previously started our home buying journey with a different housing developer; however, we ended up withdrawing our offer due to poor communication and customer service, so meeting Kate was a breath of fresh air!”
The couple used Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme to enjoy a stress-free selling journey. Mike said: “The location and the house are important, but it's also vital to know that the process is going to be as stress-free as possible, so we used the Part Exchange scheme to purchase our home. Their chosen house type, the four-bedroom detached Coltham, checked all the boxes for their forever home. Mike explained: “We love how spacious the house feels, previously our perception of new builds was that they often try to squeeze in as many rooms as possible, but this was not the case! Our home is well designed, bright and spacious.”
Settling into their new home has been a joyous experience, Matt said: “We love our home and are really enjoying life at Beaumont Gate. We’ve settled in really quickly - it’s a beautiful area, the community is great and the development is thoughtfully designed.”
