After renting an apartment in Milton Keynes, married couple Amit and Anju decided they were ready to make the move into their first family home. Once they visited Taylor Wimpey’s Salden Place East development, they both agreed this would be their new home. Amit told us: “We chose Salden Place East because of the layout of the homes, the planned community feel, and the location - it’s close to good schools, including grammar schools, and the excellent transport links.”

“The house is warm, bright, and has plenty of space for all of us. Our son loves his new room, and we’re slowly settling into the neighbourhood.”

“It was a long but exciting journey - from searching online, securing a mortgage, going through the legal steps, and finally getting the keys.

The best part is the sense of community that’s already starting to grow. Being close to good schools and local amenities is also a big plus.

 

“My favourite part of coming home is walking through the front door and feeling that it’s actually ours - not a rented property. That peaceful feeling of home.”
