Family move into their dream home just in time for Christmas

New residents Warren, Sarah and their daughter Felicity, were delighted to move into their second Taylor Wimpey home just in time for the festive season.

The family of three purchased the four bedroom Midford on our Spring Wood Gardens development in Normanby after being impressed with the style and location. 

 

Warren said: “We previously had a Taylor Wimpey home in Brotton, but we decided to relocate as we are expecting our second child in 2024, and wanted a bigger home to raise our children in. We were impressed with the layout of Taylor Wimpey homes as the floor plans are well thought out and meet our needs, making everyday life easier to navigate. We visited a number of developments and fell in love with the site, location, and layout.”

Spring Wood Gardens is surrounded by stunning open green spaces, and is close to the town centre, perfect for those who want to enjoy scenic woodland walks while having access to local amenities. 

Warren said: “We were amazed with the location of the development! It neighbours acres of beautiful woodland which is great for walking our dog, and is a fantastic location for our commute to work, and to our daughter Felicity’s school. Not to mention it's a five minute drive away from Roseberry Topping - what a spectacular view that is!”
