Family thrilled with their new build home on our Northfield View development

Kierin and Kyra had their hearts set on a new build for modern-day living as well as convenience, and were amazed with our three-storey Braxton home on our Northfield View development.

The couple and their three year old son decided to swap their cosy apartment in Bury St Edmunds for a three-bedroom family home after falling in love with Northfield View. Kierin said: "We viewed many new build developments within the Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket area but liked the look and feel of this one the most.

The couple opted for a new build to suit their busy work schedules: "Kyra and I both have full time, busy jobs so a new build was ideal for us and eliminated the stress that a home-renovation project would bring. The Braxton features a contemporary style and clean layout and when we moved in there was very little that needed doing to our home."

The couple are thrilled with their Taylor Wimpey home: "We chose a Taylor Wimpey home for the company's excellent reputation, plus we were really impressed with the high-standard of homes. We were amazed with the three-storey Braxton - the bedrooms are large and we're able to fit a double bed in each one! We absolutely love the 'lootility' as well and we were searching for a home with a kitchen/diner at the back so this is perfect for us."

Kierin and Kyra found the process of buying their home with Taylor Wimpey to be exceptionally straightforward: "The sales executives made our purchasing process simple, they kept us well-informed at each stage and it was all seamless."

Having lived in their new home for nearly seven months, Kierin and Kyra are thrilled with their decision: "We're really enjoying life at Northfield View.
