Ongoing commitment to the local community
As part of our ongoing commitment to working in partnership with local communities, we have teamed up with local community group and charity Barmulloch Community Development Company (BCDC) to confirm that we will donate £25 for each new home sold and legally completed within the first phase of new homes at our Monument Way development in Robroyston.
In total a grand sum of £2,975 will be donated to BCDC as work at the development progresses, signalling a long-term relationship between ourselves and this important local community charity.
BCDC is a development trust based in the northeast of the city. It owns and manages three community facilities and provides an activity programme designed to bring people together and support the most vulnerable groups in the local area.
