3. How to Participate
3.1 Participants are invited to submit a video testimonial sharing their genuine experience with the Company’s products or services
3.2 Submissions must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by the company and by the stated deadline
3.3 Only one submission per person is permitted
4. Incentive
4.1 A £100 incentive will be provided to the first ten successful submissions that meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions
4.2 A successful submission is one that:
4.4 The incentive will be made via a John Lewis voucher within 28 calendar days of confirmation
4.5 A payment of £100 shall become payable to you upon Taylor Wimpey’s confirmation that your testimonial will be utilised for marketing or promotional purposes

5.1 Participants agree that the Company will disclose that an incentive was provided where required for advertising transparency
5.2 Testimonials must reflect the participant’s honest opinion and real experience and must not contain false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to edit or decline any submission that does not comply with ASA advertising rules or the Company’s Privacy policy

6.1 By submitting a video, participants grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute the content (in whole or in part) for marketing and promotional purposes

- Contain offensive, defamatory or unlawful material
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
- Include health, financial or performance claims that cannot be substantiated
